Private, 1 bedroom boutique tiny home

This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

It is well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your getaway and all that the area has to offer. Many great restaurants within minutes of this location or you can cook your own meals in the full kitchen. We are close to hiking, biking, kayaking and much more. The cozy Bow House is perched up above a lovely valley and boasts large south facing windows, a unique bowed loft and a warm, inviting space to relax. Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

Private entrance & space. French doors large windows bright and airy. Lg living rm. Bed Rm w/queen. bed rm W/ king (two twins made up as king)all the time. Small kitchen w/micro coffee maker & fridge. NO STOVE only a single NuWave burner. Come & go as you please. This apartment is the lower level of our entire home. Very private and separate space. Enjoy 25 Acres of wooded land. Only 2 miles to town. Age 21 or older to book. We do not take children under 12 No parties NoPets No smoking.

Squam Lake Farmhouse, Beach Access, Winter Skiing

Quiet Large Farmhouse at Squam Lake. Five bedrooms, large kitchen, family room, and living room provide lots of space for large groups. Themed bedrooms, pool table, ping pong, cornhole, firepit, etc. Large yard. Lots of hiking trails local, great foliage, and many other Lakes Region attractions are close. Separate shared 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock,etc

Luxurious Eagle Ridge Log Home at Newfound Lake

This stunning one of a kind log home, featured in Log Home Living Magazine, built in 2020 is located at the end of a tree lined driveway on 3.5 acres overlooking beautiful Newfound Lake, NH. This 1,586 Sq Ft home can house a MAX of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Amenities are 100 mbs Wi-Fi, TV, gas fireplace, gas grill, hot tub, whole house generator, central A/C, screened porch and huge patio. Parking pass to the private town beach that is less than 1/4 mile away.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Get away from it all at Coolidge Cabin! This 2 bedroom, sun filled, cozy, and privately located log cabin is situated on 13 acres. Rustic charm with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, fireplaces inside and outside, wrap around deck, etc. Spend time exploring nature right out the front door with 2 ponds and Squam Lake within walking distance. All well behaved pups are welcome.
