Magnolia Apartment Close to City, Forest and Beach

Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. But please be carefull not to park in front of an entrance) This apartment is a part of our villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle

The apartment is located in the lovely Kongsvang, which is a safe and quiet area in walking and cycling distance to the city centre (2,5 km. from the city centre), Aros and Tivoli. Public transportation is available 2 min. from the apartment (bus) and there is FREE PARKING at the apartment. The apartment is close to a grocery store. There is an elevator, which makes it perfect for elderly persons. We look forward to host you!

Med blot 100 meter til indkøbsmuligheder og praktisk tæt på busstoppesteder (50 meter), kan du nemt udforske byen og nyde alt, den har at byde på. Børn og hunde vil føle sig helt hjemme, da vores bolig tilbyder en veludstyret indhegnet have. Dertil en legeplads lige rundt om hjørnet (50 meter). En ideel base til at udforske det bedste fra byen og stranden.

There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Nybygget træhus tæt på natur og by.

Huset er helt nyt og beliggende ved den smukke Brabrandsø, ca 15 minutters cykelafstand fra Århus midtby. Huset er i et plan (50 m2). Køkken og stue er sammenhængende. Der er en forgang og toilet med bruseniche. Ligeledes er der to værelser med hver to sengepladser. Der er udgang til en stor dejlig terrasse. Det er muligt at leje cykler.

Her bor I centralt med kort afstand til Aarhus C og få minutters gang til letbanen.
