If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Cozy Peninsula Lake Outpost

A beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom modern cabin nestled in the Smoky Hills of Minnesota that has all the amenities & is welcoming you! There is a main floor bedroom with small closet for your use. Also a loft bedroom with a queen bed. Bathroom has a shower and a full sized washer and dryer for your needs. The cabin is built overlooking a small lake with excellent views. There is a covered screened in porch and an open deck with a barbecue grill. Come enjoy this property as much as we do.

Sybil Haus with sauna, hot tub, and pool

Constructed in 2024 in the heart of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes. Sleeps 16 adults. 3 king bedrooms each with bathroom en suites. Steam shower, sauna and adjoining shower room. Pool (May 1 through Oct 31) and hot tub (year-round) overlooking the lake. Sunsets on the dock, a sandy beach, and fire pit. 3-season porch tucked in between the treetops. JennAir appliances and 3 ice-making refrigerators. 4 desks and high speed fiber optic internet. 2 washers & 2 dryers, a Peloton, AC, and in-floor heat

Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Country Living

Looking for some quiet and solitude our cabin is located in the country sitting on 20 acres of wooded land with walking trails, wildlife, and solitude. But we are still just a short drive to nearby communities. Sorry we do not allow pets We have kayaks and a canoe for rent enjoy an evening on a nearby lake watching the sunset and listening to the loons or enjoy some fishing from the kayak. In the winter enjoy our Outdoor Sauna, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, or ice fishing.

Little Floyd Lake House: You can’t get any closer to the lake than this! Enjoy sunsets and s’mores by quiet, clear waters after swimming in the hard bottom swimming area. Pontoon available for rent. Located a few minutes from town so you can experience all the culinary delights Detroit Lakes has to offer (including delivery) and a restaurant right on the lake. Close proximity to Dambo Trolls!
