It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.

Its a fantastic location! Relaxing and private outlook. We live in the main house above the studio and there is minimal but occasional sounds heard. We are very conscious of your privacy and a quiet stay but are not too far away if you need anything!
