Rainbow Retreat Phillip Island

This unique 3 BEDROOM house has rainbows everywhere you look. 💕 2 queen beds & 1 double. This place is good for the moode, for a relaxing trip, movies at night on the TV, jacuzzi under the stars. Only 5 mins drive to popular beaches like Smiths Beach , Cowes (the main town) , reataurants , cafes & bars , Amaze’ n things, tenpin bowling, nature walks , 10 mins from Penguin Parade. Superb Beachfront Shack in Cowes

'Edgewater' is a unique beachfront property in a superb location on Red Rocks Beach. Recently updated this quaint 3 bdm fibro beach shack is set on a sprawling half acre block. It's stunning water views are best appreciated from the large gazebo fully equipped with an outdoor TV & fireplace, pool table, speakers, dining table, couches & BBQ. The yard has a tree house and slide making it a perfect getaway for young families. It is also fully fenced -ideal for including your pooch on your getaway.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Private Beachfront Oasis

A quiet close knit neighbourhood, the property is a cosy retreat that soaks up the northern views with ample indoor cover for the cooler months. Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

Somersea Cottage. Very close to the beach and cafe

My place is close to the beach and the local cafe/restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the high ceilings and the quiet, secluded setting. My place is good for couples and families. The main bedroom has a DOUBLE bed. The loft is set up with two single beds. There is a floor couch that could be used for a 5th. I have a portacot if needed. The cottage has its own private courtyard with a gas BBQ. It is located in a very quiet court, just a 5 min walk to the beach and cafe.

Bella Cottage *Country Style Getaway* for 2 (or 1)

BELLA COTTAGE Private & relaxing accommodation down a quiet court on the Mornington Peninsula. Bella Cottage is the perfect base for exploring all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, including wineries, breweries, hot springs, island ferries, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. Bella Cottage is close to HMAS Cerberus. Bella Cottage offers private self-contained accommodation for 2 adults (or 1) on our 2-acre property with a country style aspect including friendly farm animals.

Willow Gum Cottage

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

Somers Dunescape across from the beach

Retro Beach house across the road and over the sand dunes to the beach. Recently updated with new furniture, aircon and heating throughout. A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families. Maximum of 8 adults please (and up to 4 children) Please note, a bond of $500 will be collected prior to check-in. Your bond will be returned subject to adhering to house rules.

Somers Cottage Studio - where vines meet bay

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Somers Peninsula Retreat,

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
