We carefully restored the building, maintaining the history by preserving old elements and transformed it into a modern spacious place filled with stories and contemporary design and art. Das Haus erstreckt sich über vier Etagen, zwei davon mit Terrasse. Die erste Etage verfügt über einen Ess-/Konferenzraum mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und frischem Kaffee. Die anderen drei Etagen sind jeweils 45 m² groß und verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelschlafsofa. Seife und Shampoo sind vorhanden.
