The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. Milkpan Farm is situated in Godshill, which we have recently purchased and have refurbished. ** We offer generous discounts on the ferries * It is set in a superb rural location for couples, ramblers, dog walkers and cyclists and a great place from which to explore the Island. The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.

Pebble Cottage is in the heart of Bembridge, with a short walk to the local shops, where you will find a Farm Shop, Bakery, Butchers, Fish Mongers and a local food store. For eating out there is The Olde Village Inn pub, a fish and chip shop, and a great take away at Framptons. Forelands beach is a good 15 minute walk away, an excellent beach for walking the dogs (or oneself), and a great place for children to enjoy all things to do with being by the seaside.

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
