Large Home in Peaceful Historical Village

We are located in the Monadnock region, 25 minutes from Keene NH in the quaint historical village of Hancock. The house is located on Main Street within minutes walking distance to the John Hancock Inn, the Hancock Market, Fiddleheads Café and the Town Beach. Our home was built in 1807 and has many of the features and uniqueness associated with a 219 year old home. The Monadnock area offers many outdoor activities including golfing, fishing, skiing, hiking, biking or just relaxing on the porch.

The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

Direct Waterfront A-Frame, Close to 3 Ski Areas!

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

Sunlit guest suite in a 275-year-old farmhouse cozy and full of art and southern facing windows. Back yard trail leads into to Casalis State Forest. , enjoy scenic trails for biking, hiking at all seasons. Peterborough's quaint and historic downtown (5min drive) with yoga studio, cute restaurants, bookstore, tiny movie theater and neighborhood grocer. Meadow View offers a 750 sq ft private suite with a king-size bed, clawfoot bathtub, and a mini kitchen. Your comfort is our priority.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.
