A European owned, self catering beach house in a secluded bay in Thalaramba, just minutes from lively Mirissa and offering stylish accommodation. Perfect for a couple in the master bedroom and the newly revamped second bedroom has twin single beds for 2 children or 2 single adults. Villa 948 Beach Front with Pool

A wonderful villa by the ocean located in a very relaxing and peaceful side of Hikkaduwa. The villa is one of the very few private houses on the Hikkaduwa beach. It is a fully furnished private house with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, maintenance room and terrace. Bedrooms have AC-s and ceiling fans, living room, kitchen and terrace have ceiling fans. A gorgeous swimming pool by the beach and the tropical dream view of the Indian Ocean few steps away!

A jewel box of a Fort house, with a courtyard at its heart, a flowery roof terrace overlooking the Indian ocean at its head and a walled garden as it’s back gate. This 18th Century Dutch merchant's house is stylishly presented and with many of the original architectural features restored, Asian antiques and the owners passion for turquoise. The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.

Licuala: Tropical House (300m to beach)

Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

The Ceylon Brick House – 10 mins from the Beach

Welcome to The Ceylon Brick House, a cosy tropical hideaway just 10 minutes’ walk or 3 minutes’ ride from the beach. Relax in the private garden with outdoor seating, or prepare a simple meal in the compact kitchen. The house includes a comfy double bed, neat bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Bike hire available on request – perfect for exploring local cafés, beach bars, and coastal charm.

Unakanda White House

Renovated 2 bedroom cottage amongst local houses on Unawatuna hill. Amazing view overlooking trees and beautiful Unawatuna Bay. Private gardens and pool. 10 mins walk to the beach and a short tuktuk to Unawatuna, Thalpe restaurants and Galle Fort.
