The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

The cottage is within a short distance to Pakington Street, Shannon Avenue, 5 min drive to the Waterfront, City, GMHBA Stadium and 8 min drive to the Spirit of Tasmania. Hand built and adorned by the hosts who have collected unique items for 20 years to place in this unique dwelling. Come, enjoy a long soak in our stone bath! NOTE: Leafy Retreat is very private and is located at the rear of the hosts house in a very quiet suburban street.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
