Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

A stunning three bedroom Highland lodge on The North Route 500, boasting spectacular views. Samphire lodge is situated on a hill giving it a vantage overlooking the sea Loch to the Attadale valley. Situated at the edge of the village, you are a short stroll from local amenities. Indoors you are greeted by the warm colour of the wood, and feels especially cosy when the cast iron fire is roaring. Samphire Lodge has three spacious bedrooms, a wet room, an outdoor sauna and fully equipped kitchen.

Ideally located for gentle strolls from the house to the local beach and to explore this Scottish Site of Scientific Interest. Perfect for twitcher and wildlife enthusiasts, you may even catch a glimpse of an otter and seals! This is also an ideal launch site for your own kayak/canoe/SUP to just paddle around. From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

Braidholm is our home on Skye. It's a 19th century building, warm and cosy. Step in from the weather and hunker down in the comfy sofa in front of a log fire. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Lusa Bothy is a luxury getaway location for couples on the Isle of Skye. It was the idea of the owner to renovate an old stone building into an amazing space with a feast for the senses in mind. Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.

Duich Cottage Kintail near the Isle of Skye

Duich Cottage is situated in the picturesque and tranquil village of Ault a`Chruinn on the shores of Loch Duich. The cottage is ideally located with easy access to Kyle of Lochalsh and the Isle of Skye as well as the charming villages of Kintail, Glenelg, Dornie and Plockton. The village of Dornie is home to the world famous Eilean Donan castle which is only a 10min drive from the cottage.
