Our quaint 160 year old fisherman's cottage, coupled with its incredible seaside location makes for a perfect relaxing and romantic getaway. Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

Situated 100 metres from a sheltered bay with stunning views over Loch Snizort Beag, the Studio is an idyllic base to visit Skye's many attractions. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

Relax at this beautiful and peaceful cottage. Loch Bracadale Cottage next door can also be found on Airbnb. The house has 2 bedrooms with sleeping for up to 4 persons. The master bedroom with en suite shower room/toilet is on the ground floor with a view over the Loch and a small double and a single upstairs. There is also another toilet downstairs. In view of the bed/bathroom facilities the house is perhaps best suited to either a couple/a couple with younger children.

Everything you need for a cosy Scottish retreat! If booking the same day after 6pm please message as it may still be possible to book. If you require the extra bed in the living room, you must tell us in your initial message so we know to prepare this for you.
