Lake Front Retreat & Water Sports

The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Located a few blocks from Hickory’s Union Square, this 1930’s bungalow offers convenient access to the Downtown shops and restaurants with the serenity and privacy of its enclosed garden yard which includes an outdoor cabana shower, patio and rock fire pit. There is a full laundry, dedicated den / office with walk-in closet. Queen bed in the master with twin beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy the large front porch with porch swing and sidewalk access.

Uptown Beautiful 5th Ave Cottage

Super Host's 5th Ave Cottage offers an uptown location with high-tech amenities. One block to Lenoir-Rhyne University, City Walk, near the historic downtown. Our cottage is within walking distance to parks, amazing restaurants, Union Square, Lenoir Rhyne - Helen & Leonard Moretz Stadium and Salt Block museums and concert hall. Lake Hickory is a short 15-minute drive. There are plenty of boat and Stand Up Paddleboard rentals for water enthusiasts and miles of water to boat, ski and fish on.

Sit and rock on the front deck or lounge in the hammock. 15-20 mins to shopping and downtown Hickory. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Theater seating downstairs with surround sound. No smoking. No pets.

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

MENZIES LOUNGE

We live in historic downtown Hickory. You will have your own private space located in the back of our home. It is a studio with a kitchenette. No stove/oven and only a beverage fridge. Adjoining your studio is an un air conditioned game room with pool table/ping pong and workout equipment. We have an outdoor shared space with a grill and fireplace. We also have a super cute golden doodle named Louis, who might be inside the fenced area. Please keep all fence gates locked.

Lakefront Serenity

Our comfortable one bedroom apartment is centrally located near downtown Hickory, yet sits quietly on the main channel of Lake Hickory. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or relaxing from the dock. You are welcome to bring your own boat/jet ski and secure it to our dock. Relax and enjoy watching wildlife from your private deck. Hickory’s new River Walk (which winds through the woods)is directly across the lake. Charlotte, Asheville, and Boone are within one hour of the property.

The Little Blue House in Hickory

Hello! We are Joyce and Meng, hence our business name being ‘Joy & Ko’. This sweet, cozy, little blue house may look tiny on the outside but feels big and open as soon as you walk in. Our home is located in the heart of Hickory. It's close to downtown, upscale and fast-food restaurants, theaters, museums, shopping centers, and more. The little blue house is the perfect home for you and your family to relax and enjoy what the sweet city of Hickory has to offer.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This is the upper floor/unit of a two level house. The entire house can also be rented for larger groups. Message me for more details. The home features a king bed master with private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and full bedroom. There is a twin sleeper sofa as well. Parking for 2-3 cars.Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Sorry, no pets allowed.

The Blue Heron

The Blue Heron Suite, just like the majestic bird, is a symbol of patience and good luck. Perched above the Lake with direct access and views from every window. This suite is the entire lower level. Kayak over to the Waterfall dam. Swim out to a sandbar. Boat Rentals are within walking distance. Deep water at dock year round. Grill out over the outdoor charcoal grill , or check out the local eateries. Minutes from shopping, restaurants and local night life.
