Parking at the front of the house. 2 minute walk to the Greyhound pub, 10 minute walk through the village to the Pleasure Boat Inn on Hickling Broad. Here you can hire day boats, rowing boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Ideal for bird watchers, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. 3.4 miles from the beach, popular with seal watchers.

Ideal for couples, families and wildlife enthusiasts Seal Cottage is within walking distance to both the sea and the Norfolk Broads. This charming semi detached cottage is a great base for birdwatching, seal viewing and nature walks. There are footpaths from the cottage taking you to Horsey's sandy beach or Horsey Mere. In Horsey there is a popular pub, café and the National Trust Windpump. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and has a large enclosed garden with far reaching views.

Nature trails, marsh and river walks too. Only 15 miles to the beautifully historic city of Norwich and 8 to Great Yarmouth.
