There are many pubs & restaurants in ancient Goodramgate 2 minutes walk away. Although in a central location the apartment at the rear of the building offers a quiet, cosy hideway after a busy days sightseeing.

The cottage is; 2 .5 miles to York city center, close to bridle paths and footpaths (200m). There is a bus stop approx 400m from the cottage which goes directly to York. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes drive to 2 cinemas, leisure parks and retail units. This is the perfect location to explore York, the local area or enjoy a night out.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. This one-bedroomed cottage is well-equipped and private, with the owners next door for information or advice on your visit.
