The parlor has been converted into a three bedroom self catering guesthouse. Being situated 12km from the nearest town of Heidelberg Western Cape, Die Melkstal is fairly close to the Route 62 and the start of the Garden Route. With little to no selfone signal or Wi-Fi, you can relax and unwind without distractions!

The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.

Private little cottage in the field away from all the buzz. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Just 5.5km gravel road. If very wet, you need a Suv or4 x 4 vehicle. All off the grid with no Eskom, no wi-fi, no tv. Only solar for lights, gas for hot water, stove and fridge/freezer. Wood for barbecue and fireplace.
