Microwave, toaster, refrigerator, k-cup coffee, hot-water kettle. Air mattresses with bedding provided by request, with 3 or more paid guests.

Very large sofa for group seating, fully stocked with board games, books and novels, an array of children's toys, as well as a large kitchen with appliances, cookware, bakeware, etc. Beds are furnished with lush bedding. This corner lot of a cul-de-sac overlooks Horseshoe Lake off in the distance. Lots of curb parking as well as driveway and garage parking. Dining seats up to 8, plus bar seating.

We dont like noise.
