Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. This ground level ADA friendly (wheel chair accessible) studio apartment comes with access to a large Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, and Pickle Ball Courts. Inside the unit there is a Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi making this a great option for remote workers. There's a full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and kitchen essentials. Great location within Draper offering quick access to I-15.
