It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD.
