The difference between you payout amount and the listing price you set may be due to a number of factors:

• Cleaning fee: You may have set an additional cleaning fee for the listing.
• Extra guest fee: You may have set an extra guest fee for the listing.
• Service fee: The service fee is the cost of maintaining the Airbnb platform and providing 24-hour user support. This fee is calculated by multiplying the total booking amount by a percentage and is automatically deducted from the host's payout.
• Currency exchange amount: If your listing currency doesn't match your payout currency, the exchange fee will be deducted from your payout at the time of payment. If you'd like to avoid this charge, you can change your currency in your booking settings.
• Adjustment fee: You may have initiated a refund to your guest. iI you canceled a booking as a host, the cancellation penalty will be deducted from your upcoming payout.
• Host coupon: If you guest used a host coupon you sent, the coupon amount will be deducted from your payout.

Overseas hosts and guests who book overseas listings will be charged a service fee based on the local fee structure.
