Homeowners of this property are committed to enhanced cleaning protocols before and after reservations. The property is great for families and the house most enjoyable amenities are the pool, the game room, and the movie theater room. To improve the guest's experience, the pool has been upgraded to offer a heated pool amenity. There is no cost for using the pool but there is an additional fee of $120 dollars a night for heating the pool. The Fast WIFI speed has also been upgraded to 1000 Mbps.

Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.
