Waverley Chalet

This is a luxury chalet style self contained property in the peaceful village of Conon Bridge. It is eleven miles north of Inverness, near Dingwall, and is conveniently situated for tourist destinations north and west. The property has an open plan lounge, sleeping area, kitchen, and separate shower room. The gardens of the main house are available for your use and the secret garden is a wonderful place for a glass of wine or morning coffee. A welcome basket is also provided inc bottle of wine.

Outside on the veranda is your own private hot tub, fire pit, bbq and seating. Use of our shared sauna is also available to all guests.

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

The Factor’s Office, Nutwood House

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.

The Bungalow, Historic Garden Retreat on the NC500

Enjoy this unique and tranquil historic getaway within the grounds of a Grade 11 listed building, perfectly located on NC500 route just above the Cromarty Firth. The Bungalow is a luxury self contained flat in extensive grounds with its own enclosed garden, a great base for exploring the highlands.
