Hiking, boating, fishing, cross country skiing in one of the most scenic areas in Utah. Fish at Deer Creek and the blue ribbon Provo River. Go from adventure to adventure, and then head back to the house for some small-town charm. This charming craftsman home was built in 1911. Kid and pet friendly.

Nearby Main St, so very close to great restaurants, a modern grocery, coffee shops, & boutique shopping. Kitchenette (no cooktop), micro, toaster, dishes, silverware, full size fridge, for small easy meals. Well behaved pet welcome with kennel only.

This suite is in the lower level of the home accessed by the main door or rear sliding glass door. It includes a family room, 3 bedrooms and a private outdoor patio. There is a full fridge and microwave (and more) but not a full kitchen. We are 13.6 miles to Park City, 8 miles to Deer Crest gondola and 7 miles to Midway. Smiths Marketplace is 1 mile from house. My place is good for solo travelers, couples and groups as well as those who love mountain biking, hiking, skiing or golf.

The Caretaker's Cottage is a cozy house located next to a pasture and between two small streams in the middle of historic London Spring Ranch. Close proximity to Utah Highway 40 allows for quick access to Heber City, Midway and Park City as well as surrounding lakes and ski resorts. In the spring and summer, guests have the opportunity to tour the original dairy barn. There is a small, fenced patio and yard attached to the cottage.
