Located within Heacham, 20 minute walk to beach, some free parking. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall and Wells next to the Sea, all within a few miles. All basics are provided dishwashing stuff, shower gel, shampoo soap Twin beds can be pushed together into a double. Fridge, Combi Oven, Hob,Toaster, Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Delightful 1 bed annex 3 min drive to the beach

Great location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. One bed annex with shower room and a sofa bed in living area for one adult or child . There is a small pantry unit with microwave/toaster/fridge/coffee machine/kettle, there is NO full kitchen so no sink/cooker. Walking distance to Heacham beach. Hunstanton Town with beach & fairground a 5 min drive. Norfolk Lavender field, Tesco Express has a cash machine. Burnham Market, Titchwell for birdwatching short ride around the coast.

The Wendy House a retro 1960s chalet by the sea

The Wendy House: a traditional 1960s cedar wood chalet that was renovated in 2017. Beautifully furnished in a luxurious yet 'Wendy House' style. Magical for children. Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. No WiFi have a detox: talk, walk, play games, re-charge, rest... I really do try and make it special for you, come and stay :)

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (TV/dvd player), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed. Outside toilet and fridge if required. The bus stop is 50 yards away, and you can get round the coast, or into the town of Kings Lynn very easily and join the network rail system. Walking distance to pubs/hotel nearby or Heacham Lavender fields and many activities.
