It is part of a larger cottage that has been divided in two (like a duplex). Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

Milda’s She Shed (Cozy Cabin)

Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***

Come relax at our stylish, unique Tree Loft. We converted an 800+ square ft. photography study into a trendy flat. The living room ceiling peaks at 20 feet. Suspended above the living room is the bedroom with a view of the tree tops. The bathroom is just below the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs. Generous windows bring the outside in. Step out on to the screen porch for your morning coffee or into the small totally fenced private backyard.
