Escape to a luxurious mountain retreat in this spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home featuring a private movie room, expansive outdoor deck, and forest views that invite you to relax and unwind. Gourmet kitchen! Multiple living spaces, and just 3 minutes from the marina for your lake adventures. We recently added a 8 seat home theatre downstairs with a 98 inch TV and sound bar and arcade games! There is a very shallow (3 inches max) seasonal creek next to the house which kids will enjoy.

Welcome to your private guest cottage, right in the heart of North Idaho! We are only 2 miles from Lake Hayden, and 6 miles to downtown Coeur d'Alene! We are also only 11 mile from Silverwood! We offer a beautiful space, complete with 2 bedrooms, a short loft for kids, a full bathroom, and a large kitchen with all new appliances! We have blazing fast internet and a desk area for those who are working while on the road, as well as a large parking area if you have more than 1 vehicle with you.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Cozy Pines 🌲 located in the heart of what CDA has to offer! Easy access to HYW 95 & I-90 for a 20 min trip up to SILVERWOOD 🎢 or any of the nearby ski resorts. The house has been recently remodeled and has a comfortable and clean feel. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood you'll enjoy a family friendly vibe with a large back yard & a cul-de-sac away from traffic. "Ask about the 18x30 party room below, has second bathroom TV, bar, and bunk beds" (extra 75 a night) Private neighborhood. 10 min to Silverwood, golf, lakes and close sweitzer or silver mt. ski resorts and minutes away to numerous lakes!!
