Very conveniently situated to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, along with the beautiful North Devon coastline and their stunning beaches. We welcome a small well-behaved dog with a charge of £10 per stay. You must contact us prior to booking if you have 2 pets.

Swallow Barn is within walking distance of Haddon Hill and is conveniently located for the pretty towns of Dulverton, Bampton and Wivliescombe with Exeter and Taunton a little further afield. Endless walking on exmoor and both the north and south coast beaches to visit.

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.
