Your hosts live separately at the back of the house, you have independent access to your space and your privacy is guaranteed . It is an easy walk into town for shopping @2 kms to the bottom of the main shopping strip. Beachfront cycleway close by. Napier boasts some great restaurants, bars and music venues. Hawkes Bay offers 100+ wineries in the region for your enjoyment.

This New York loft style apartment has been cleverly designed to capture all day sun and amazing views. The loft bedroom up stairs has been divided into two comfortable sleeping areas with a privacy wall to separate the beds. Being 2 minutes walk from Napier CBD, shops, restaurant's, parks and cafes.

A short walk to cafes, bars, boutique shops and a supermarket. Safe parking on the road-side however, on-site parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Please check prior to arrival.
