Our home is a 1970s architectural gem located in the convenient upstate NY town of Staatsburg. It has been thoughtfully modernized and designed to encourage maximum serenity and enjoyment of both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The floating staircase, huge picture windows, expansive deck and wooded outdoor space make this home perfect for an upstate getaway - while still being close to some of the major area attractions and towns. Our historic street also features 1700s homes and a farm/brewery.

Historic 200 yr old stone cottage, on three floors, renovated to a high standard, creating a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, whilst retaining soul and character. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.

The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show. It comfortably accommodate 4 people (please unreported guest will be charged extra $15 per person per night just be honest about it); located in heart of Hyde Park. Just mins to Culinary Institute of America and Marist College; perfect for parents attending graduations or orientations , FDR Presidential Library, Vanderbilt Mansion and Walkway over the Hudson all within mins away.

This lovingly furnished home in Hyde Park NY overlooks the magnificent Hudson River in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Vanderbilt estates. It comfortably accommodates two guests who have access to all three floors, though the ground floor mainly serves as the front door entryway. A private entrance leads to the guest suite, with a living space, kitchen area, and separate bedroom and bath with shower.
