We are a retired farming couple with one cute cat. Our purpose built first floor 100 sqm apartment is sunny, overlooks Te Mata Peak and its balcony provides stunning views over Orchards. Wyatt House is an 1890 Villa in a rural orchard setting 5mins from Havelock North Village. Set in established gardens with a swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque court; perfect for the whole family. With 2 ensuite bedrooms Wyatt House can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. Perfect for a Hawkes Bay summer with french doors opening out onto extensive decks. Conveniently, 3mins to the famous Hawkes Bay Farmers Markets & only a 10min drive to some of Hawkes Bays best vineyards.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Wai iti Cottage in the Te Mata Wine Area

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

Hart's Place

Hart's Place is a private, modern, attached unit. It has all new fittings and furnishings. It is light and warm, with a heated bath room floor, just installed a carbon filter, no more chlorine in the water. Situated in a safe quiet cul de sac and has a tramp and swing for children. In one of Hasting's best and most central suburbs location wise.

Downstairs @ 56 is a unique, cosy, private hideaway on Lucknow Road, Havelock North. An easy stroll to Havelock North Village where there are numerous eateries and boutique retail stores.
