Eiffel Tower is 7 minutes by walk. The apartment is at a high floor and has a nice view toward Seine River. The shopping mall called Beaugrenelle is next to the apartment and there are many nice restaurants, Korean, French, Japanese, and Chinese.

The apartment is situated in Rueil-Malmaison, which is a royal city where Napoléon met Joséphine. It's 3 minutes walk to the RER A train station and it just takes 10 minutes by RER A to the CBD La Défense, 15 minutes to Avenue Champs-Élysées and 20 minutes to Paris city center Châtelet and Notre Dame de Paris. The apartment faces a green grassland and is very quiet at night. There is a Carrefour supermarket 200 meters away.
