Sea and rural surroundings, convenient position.

The Chalet will be clean, spacious and convenient to everything available in this beautiful environment. You will have a generous view of our estuary and sandhills to the front. Then as the property backs on to a farm there is a very strong rural feel, with wide views of Bream Tail Farm and the Brynderwyn hills. Trek the Goldschmidt track to the beach from the top end of Cullen St or 25 minutes walk by road. The estuary walk is about 10 minutes via the shortcut track halfway down the road.

Sea Esta Chalet 2 mins to beach

Our brightly coloured Chalet is fully self contained and sleeps up to 8 people in two bedrooms. This little haven is just 150 metres from beautiful Waihi Beach! Downstairs there is one set of bunk beds and one queen bed. The mezzanine floor has four single beds. Perfect for couples or groups and families. There is a kitchenette and your own BBQ outdoors. Linen including bedding and towels are provided. A TV with digital Freeview, basic access and a DVD player is also provided.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We have Wifi available through out the property that sometimes has a weak/moderate signal. this is due to our location and sometimes bad weather

Studio Cottage

Fully self-contained Studio Cottages. Sleeps 2 - 4. Single open plan room with a queen bed and single bunk bed. All linen and towels are provided. Kitchenette (excluding oven) with dining space. Wall mounted 26" TV. Freeview and Wifi. En-suite bathroom. Covered patio leading to picnic area and BBQ (summer only). Use of all amenities including use of lagoon pool and hot-tub, laundry facilities and playground. All located a few minutes walk to the beautiful Cooks Beach.

Cozy and relaxing little beach house

Our cozy Whangamata two storey beach house has two bedrooms upstairs, open plan living downstairs and is perfect for a couple or small family to spend time in one of New Zealand's best little towns. It is within walking distance of both the surf beaches and the estuary. The house is filled with everything you need so that you can walk in and relax. The garden area is flat and perfect to park vehicles, sit outside or play games if you are not planning to go to the beach.

Brand new self contained Studio with covered deck area, opening onto fully fenced sunny garden, private from neighbours. Short walk to Main Beach, Estuary and Nine Hole Golf Course. Whangamata is suitable for all water sports, walking, tramping, biking etc Our township hosts general shopping, cafes and restaurants.

Peaceful location. Fantastic estuary views. Enjoy the peaceful surrounds of native bush and bird calls. Pay a visit to the Saturday markets. Enjoy a round of golf, mountain biking, surfing or walking the beaches or just relax by the pool, or in the hot tub.

Matakana Village Chalet and sleepout

My place is a self contained unit with a separate bathroom and bedroom. The lounge/kitchen has a day bed also. We have just added an extra sleepout with queen sized bed. We provide milk, yoghurt, cereal tea and coffee as a first morning breakfast starter.
