Nestled in the Pauanui Lakes Resort you’ll find Villa 46 where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the tranquil space offered. Enjoy the resort facilities during your stay, including 2 swimming pools, gymnasium, tennis courts and an 18 hole international golf course. Note this is a bird sanctuary so unfortunately no pets are permitted on site. Just a quick 10 minute drive to the Pauanui village and beach where you will find local cafes, shops and a supermarket for any last minute essentials.

Stay entertained with the gym, heated pool, spa pool, and sauna. There is parking for up to 6 cars. Walk or bike to RSA or Saturday farmers market with 4 included bikes. Top floor apartment in the centre of town. Wander to cafes, shops, bars, supermarket or ocean beach in minutes or stay in and watch the world go by from the north facing balcony. Alternatively, make use of the heated swimming pool or hot tub. Use of 2 covered car parking spaces which are secure and locked, so you can park up, unpack and lock it up until its time to leave. Also has a boat/jetski washing area in car park. Self check in, so arrive at any time and start enjoying the view.
