45-60 mins north from the airport in a stunning beachside town Ōrewa. A fully equipped attached unit, private from the Home- Just a 4 minute walk to a private bay of Hatfields beach, or 10 minutes walk to the ever popular orewa beach for swims. A spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen with views of the ocean. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, a queen bed with an additional double studio bed option to pull down in the spacious lounge. Suitable for up to 4/small family.

Spacious unit under a house with parking right outside. Queen bed in one room plus a single bed in a separate room. There is a compact bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. 5 minute walk to Hatfields Beach and less than 5 minute drive to Orewa Central Unit has : NO seaview or garden. Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.
