Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. Our Vintage Shabby-Chic one bedroom Victorian flat, with breathtaking, panoramic sea views across the English Channel, from atop the West Hill, is only minutes from the beach and picturesque Old Town, with its boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, bric-a-brac shops, cafes and bars. Some of the furniture in the flat (sofabed, dining table and chairs) have recently been updated, and the photos don’t yet reflect this.

This lovely listed period property is situated in the heart of the Old Town of Hastings, on the iconic High Street. The location makes it perfect for restaurants, shops, the beach and all of the delights that the old town has to offer. This property is a basement garden flat situated beneath our working gallery, open between 11-4. There will be a small amount of activity during these hours.
