Farm stay with hot tub/ sauna and wild swimming

Tolley Lodge, an idyllic place to stay, located on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from our spring fed lake. Own private garden, wood-fired hot tub and uninterrupted views of open pasture and the South Downs. There's plenty of logs for your own private hot tub and firepit (gas bbq supplied as well). You can also hire our WOOD-FIRED SAUNA; a perfect addition with a wild swim in our spring fed lake. Private sessions from £30 can be booked during your stay. Dogs are welcome on leads.

In spring, the woods come alive with bluebells and delicate flowers, creating enchanting mornings and nature-filled days. In summer, bask in long golden evenings; in autumn, watch the leaves turn rich shades over the lake. Ideal for couples seeking peace, nature, and comfort.

The Kingfisher caravan - 20 acres of private land

Retreat to The Kingfisher, a quaint mobile home nestled in a 20+acre Sussex haven, perfect for tranquility and nature. This idyllic escape features lush woodlands, serene duckponds, and beautiful gardens, inviting exploration and relaxation. Join the gentle Shetland ponies and goats while reveling in the farm's beauty. Enjoy starlit skies with the firepit and BBQ. The caravan, charming and vintage, is meticulously cared for - a full kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and everything for a comfortable stay.

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

The Grange - Lower Barn Farm, Bodiam, East Sussex

The Grange at Lower Barn Farm is a quirky, rustic, converted detached barn designed with a touch of industrial components which makes for an ideal rural getaway. 70 acres of rolling country side and wooded grounds on the Kent and Sussex borders, complete with idyllic fishing lakes, are just waiting to be explored. There are woodland walks, an abundance of wildlife to be discovered and even the 14th century Bodiam castle, a 5 minute ride away, if you’re lucky you might even spot a kingfisher.

Set in private grounds of 10.5 acres & shared only with the on-site owners, this Log Cabin overlooks the lower lake Bedroom 1 features a huge Emperor Size double bed (7ft x 7ft), with duck down Egyptian cotton pillows and duvet. Double doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Hypnos medium mattresses or 1 x Super King bed Includes two further fold out beds best suited for children. High Chimney Farm Cottage Nr Tenterden offers the warmest welcome in Kent, modern and comfortable bedrooms, offering the perfect base to explore the best of the Kentish Weald and beyond. The Cottage is a former Granary beautifully converted into self contained luxury accommodation ideal for overnight, short stays or a full holiday let if required. You are more than welcome to enjoy our large garden and pond! It’s a short walk or you could drive up if you wish, so peaceful!

High Weald country side Log Cabin on Cattle farm

Located on a working cattle farm, this cosy log cabin has enough space to comfortably be occupied by up to 7 people with plenty of garden space complete with picnic tables, BBQ and a fishing pond. The farm itself is found in the centre of the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty and is surrounded by numerous castles, Bedgebury forest and Bewl reservoir. In addition to the views, only a short drive away are plenty of shopping towns, a cinema and bowling complex.

Stylishly fitted and eco-friendly, our detached, self-contained cottage is in a very rural location. There are no other holiday cottages on the farm. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
