The seafront is just a 15 minute walk away and St Leonard's offers a wide range of independent shops, cafe's and restaurants as well as The Kino cinema. Hastings pier and Old Town are all within walking distance.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. Pebbles has a lounge overlooking the garden, double bedroom, wet room and a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. Situated in the popular 'Marina' area of the seafront at St Leonards-On-Sea, the property is in a prime position with access the cycle path and the promenade giving you walking access to to the arts quarter of Norman Road, the Pier, Hastings Old Town and the Jerwood Gallery.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
