The Cabin - a little ranch house. A peaceful haven

Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. 1920s Showmans living wagon,experience times past.

Set in the sussex countryside our beautiful showman's wagon is now resting. She has spent many years looking after showman travelling around the countryside housing show folk and fair ground people. Her history and that of the travelling community is a magical fascinating part of history. It is a privilege for us to own and gives us pleasure to be able to share with anyone who would like to stay. The garden and surrounding countryside are part of the charm of our wagon in summer and winter.

The Staying Inn

The Staying Inn is a stand-alone Shepards hut set in the woodland of the south east. In the beautiful countryside, just outside rye and a stones throw from the coast of East Kent including camber sands. The space includes, a double mezzanine bed, fully equipped kitchen, log burner, shower room and decking, and lots of other quirky features. 5 mins car/taxi ride from rye Station, 15mins drive to camber sands ,and only 56 mins train ride from St Pancras station London to rye on the high speed.

Secret and Secluded Sedlescombe Hideaway

The Cabin is hidden away, no passing traffic just the odd swooping bird or passing donkey, looking out onto paddocks and vineyards, for the ultimate stress free getaway, only the birds and trees for company. The cabin is fully functioning, has a fabulous log burning stove, set up for short or long stay, with a bespoke whisky shower tub, king size bed, wifi should you want it, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, and towels. Wood fired hot tub is an additional charge. Payable at check in.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Stunning Studio Barn, Buxted

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.

Cozy inside and with gorgeous views outside, if that sounds like a splendid mix, then set off for the high-weald area of outstanding natural beauty and a self-catering stay at Gabriel's Rest, a gorgeous little shepherd's hut set in a peaceful and tranquil corner of a Sussex meadow with its own little garden. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut set in own garden with far reaching views over open countryside. Next to 1066 footpath and only 15 minutes from East Sussex coast. Inside the hut is a double bed, TV/DVD player, kitchen area with sink, microwave, fridge, kettle, bathroom with sink, toilet, shower. There is a heater to keep warm. Patio with table and chairs. Short 5 minute walk to local Golf club with restaurant. Short drive to historic towns of Battle and Hastings.

It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

The Stable Cottage on beautiful farm

The Stable Cottage is a delightful one bedroom cottage overlooking The Brede Valley to Winchelsea and the sea. Set on a working arable and sheep farm. Adjacent to the Woolroom Cottage and a term time only Nursery. Guests can enjoy lots of walks on the farm, plentiful bird life, including barn owls. The property is close to the historic town of Rye, Camber sands beach, Winchelsea beach, Battle Abbey and Bodiam Castle.

Located in a glorious, peaceful rural setting in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the High Weald of East Sussex, our annex offers the perfect get-away for a relaxing, peaceful stay in beautiful countryside. Although situated in the depths of the countryside, we are only a 10 minute drive from the market town of Hailsham which has a good selection of shops and supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco, Asda).

Valley View Cottage

We would like to welcome you to our detached cottage in the small village of Icklesham, between Hastings and Rye. With open countryside on the doorstep, there are plentiful walks including the 1066 Country Walk which runs long side the property. With comfortable space both inside and out, you can also just take it easy and enjoy the peace and tranquillity on offer.
