This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Sole use of garden with paddling pool, fire pit and trampoline. If you have a child or 3rd guest we have a camp bed that we can put up, but pls tell us before hand. Great access to the station, shops, Old Town & St Leonards. A separate door from the main house, so you can have your privacy but can be on hand if you need us. or just need directions to the fantastic eclectic shops, bars & restaurants. Beautiful park 2 mins & beach 10 min walk.
