Umgeben von echten Pflanzen, natürlichen Felsen und einem gemütlichen Sofa fühlt sich der überdachte Raum ruhig, warm und intim an. Das Terrace Penthouse ist komplett privat, weitläufige 2500 Quadratfuß luxuriöser Raum, umgeben von viel Grün, mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten und Komfort vergleichbar mit einer Suite. Unsere Lage in Lutyens ist nobel, erstklassig und super praktisch. Das Viertel ist extrem sicher, mit Wachen besetzt und rund um die Uhr videoüberwacht. Der Hausmeister hilft bei Besorgungen innerhalb des Grundstücks und steht an jedem Tag der Woche zur Verfügung. Der Einfachheit halber gibt es 1 eigenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
