This tiny home is where nature meets luxury!! The electric fireplace will welcome you while resting and watching your favorite show. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

In the warm months, you are close to the Gatehouse Winery, Mortals Key Brewery and Carried Away Outfitters. Our lake and surrounding country roads are very picturesque.

The property backs up to Pymatuning State Park which offers bird watching, frisbee golf, nature & bike trails, etc. The unit is newly updated to provide you all the comforts of home. Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

Sweet Solitude

Visit this tiny rural cabin. Now is prime birdwatching season! Bring binoculars. Excellent neighbors, but none in sight. 🙂 Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Our renovated cottage is fully equipped for your stay, conveniently located near local dining, cafes, wineries, breweries, swimming spots, disc golf, and hiking/biking trails. Feel the call of nature as you bring your boats bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, and paddleboards to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.
