This amazing place has a custom fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs surrounded by dune grass to create that extra special beach ambience. This unit features a cozy fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, a large concrete patio, Oklahoma grill/smoker, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining table and chairs.

Old fashioned cottage steps away from the beach, Old Baldy, the State Park and Channel Park. Older, modest property with no frills. Plenty of room in the backyard for a picnic, cook out or fire pit. Close to downtown with lots of unique shops and restaurants. A spectacular sunset to view every day! Guest parking available. Basic amenities are provided but this is a no frills cottage. Very neat and clean. Please be aware that the ceiling over the shower is quite low.

Over a mile of well maintained, hiker only, trail winds through the woods. Hosting only adults, this property was designed for romantic getaways. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan, where you can find a nice meal, hit the beach or catch the S.S. Badger!

The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
