Newly renovated cottage on Lake Hartwell. Home has full detached air-conditioned gameroom that includes 65" TV, poker table, air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard and more. Double decker dock located in a huge cove w/big water. Dock has kayaks, paddleboards, water mat and life jackets for all sizes. Backyard is flat and open so play a game of cornhole, wiffleball or football w/our boards, bats, balls and bases. Only 25 minutes to Clemson, less than 1 mile off of I-85 and boat ramp in neighborhood.

Work space and great wi-fi too. Sunroom opens to a large, private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage, steps from the private dock. Views of the lake from most rooms. Use of kayaks, noodles and good fishing off your private dock. Plenty of parking and minutes to the public boat ramp.

A 1400sqft lower level unit. The space has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large living area & a smaller second living room with 2 sofa beds. Large windows and double doors leads to a nice outdoor open space. Modern kitchen & dining area, perfect for a nice meal & nice view. We also have a 3 person infrared sauna with full lake view, bluetooth and light therapy. You are also welcome to enjoy our dock, with deep waters and great views.
