The house is on Pine St, close to the water and has a deck in the back. We love our cottage and think you will too. Welcome to our hideaway in the cascade mountain range. The cabin is located in the pleasant Sunshine Valley neighbourhood. All four seasons have something to offer! Go for a hike, a ski trip, or enjoy a cup of coffee by the warm fire during your stay at "The Antler Hideaway." This place is perfect for a getaway with three separate bedrooms and a two living areas. It is located only 2 hours from Vancouver, 15 minutes from Hope, and 35 minutes from Manning Park.

Cozy Log Cabin

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.

In these rather adventurous times in our world, we invite you to watch the sun set early over the mountain and feel the cool breeze sweeping down its steep face. Go to sleep to the sound of a creek roaring in the distance, wake up to the sound of beautiful birds. Have a fire, play bocce, go for a hike through nearby teapot hill. Unwind in our space and let it all fall away. We welcome you to breath deeply and relax at our cabin.

Located on the bank of the Vedder river near Chilliwack B.C., our family cabin for more than 50 years, is only a short drive from the city. Superb in season salmon river fishing, with lakes and trails nearby. While the summer months are the most popular, garden lovers will appreciate the months of April and May and the burst of colour.
