House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

Hiking trails at O’Bannon State Park.

It's a short 30 minute drive from Louisville, KY or about 25 minutes to New Albany, IN.
