Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich im Mai 2018 renoviert, so dass die Kunden sowohl Möbel als auch Haushaltsgeräte präsentieren werden. Es ist geräumig, komfortabel, sehr hell, nach Süden ausgerichtet und den ganzen Tag sonnig. Es verfügt über eine herrliche Terrasse mit beheiztem Pool und spektakulärem Blick auf das Meer, die Promenade und den Strand sowie zwei Hängematten für den privaten Gebrauch. Ein paar Meter entfernt haben wir die Promenade, den Strand, Supermärkte, Apotheke, Restaurants, Banken.
