Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. Airy casino. 20 minutes from Kalahari and Camelback. 15 minutes from Walmart, larger grocery chains and restaurants. Please note the neighbors are closeby, the home is not isolated. MUST BE 21 or older to book. NO SMOKING in the house or you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

"Enjoy this beautiful spacious home that is located in a secured gated community, Indoor jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom on the second floor , the jacuzzi is a lay down tub for 2 people max .There is free parking on the premises, the driveway can hold up to 5 vehicles. The home is equipped with fast high speed WiFi that can be access all around the home." I have air conditioners in the top 2 floor bedrooms, the house stays cool in summer as well
