Great location in Pooler Ga, modern decor very nice back yard and lots of space, new appliances, new furniture, this gem is near international airport 15 minutes from Downtown Savannah, the neighborhood is safe and convenient. (NO pets, NO smoking, NO parties or gatherings are allowed) We are no longer approving any guests with cero reviews. Please do not call or text after 11 pm unless is an emergency, thank you! Ocean Gate 13 Walk to beach villa with pickleball

This villa is perfect for the family beach vacation! We have little ones ourselves, so we've got all the gear needed to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay. We LOVE this villa because of its screened in porch, FREE TENNIS, and proximity to the beach. The screened in porch allows you to enjoy breakfast and happy hour free from mosquitoes and close enough to hear the waves! The beaches are far less crowded than other areas of the island, and it's very close to Sea Pines and Coligny Plaza.
