Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

The Lakefront Log Cabin is an authentic cabin on an expansive lakefront property featuring a large stocked pond. Entire property is very private. Natural beautiful wood throughout. You’ll think you’re in the Adirondacks. Open floor plan, stone fireplace, amazing 180 degree view of the Lake Erie and incredible sunsets. Wall of windows for views of lake from cabin. Huge patio overlooking the lake. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
