Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. It is within a few minutes of Canton and Potsdam New York. There are many hiking trails, lakes and rivers which offer boating, fishing and swimming. Nearby Saranac Lake has wonderful summer theater and Lake Placid has world class skiing.
